DESCRIPTION This elegant chest sits on tiny quirky brass feet. The top panel folds open to reveal small compartments and a beautifully aged mirror. Because of its compact size, it can sit on a dressing chest to store jewelry or precious items. It can also hold after dinner mints and chocolates. The removable tray makes it rather convenient to pass it around the table.

CONDITION This piece is in good condition.
RESTORATION The chest was cleaned and given a coat of clear wax. One of the broken brass feet has been replaced with a newly fabricated one which is identical to the original 3 pieces. The original lock is retained and buffed to a shine along with the other brass hardware.
