IMPORTANT!
All shipping timelines below are calculated from the date we receive the necessary information from our customers for creating these artworks.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

UNFRAMED PRINTS
Dispatched in 5 days.
Arrives in another 5 - 7 days.

FRAMED PRINTS
Dispatched in 7 - 10 days.
Arrives in another 12 - 15 days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA

RETURNS
We take special care to ensure that your artwork reaches you in perfect condition. But in the rare event of any damage incurred during shipping, incorrect product delivery or size mismatch please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence of the issue and we will initiate a replacement. For our customers outside India, the shipping charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer. Returns or exchanges in any other case will not be possible.

DELIVERY
For any delivery related issues or if your order is not delivered within:
1. 10 days of order placement (for unframed items)
2. 20 days of order placement (for framed orders) and
3. 5 weeks of order placement (for handmade items)
